Are you ready to Dare Greatly? Or perhaps it is time for Rising Strong™

 

The Daring Way™ and Rising Strong™ are programs based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown.  In these programs, we will explore topics addressed in her books; vulnerability, courage, shame and worthiness.  The program is active, engaging you in thought/feeling exercises and discussion.  Exploring what may be holding you back, identifying new choices and practices that will be on a path to wholehearted living.  The main focus will be developing and or strengthening emotional resilience and change resilience using daily practices that transform the way we engage at home, at work and at play. There is no right place to start.  The programs can be done in either order, you can work the program individually or with a group.  Throughout the year there will be one and two day intensives offered.  For more information please email me with your questions.

Are you ready to Show Up – Be Seen – Live Brave™ ? img01 As a Certified Daring Way ™  and Rising Strong™ Facilitator  I will guide you through  process. You will be able to choose the program that best meets your needs. I offer One, Two and Three day intensives, One to One Coaching and Eight to ten week small group sessions. All programs are delivered face-to-face. Additional support coaching can be added to any of the programs. Customize your program: If you and your team would like to experience the process together we can collaborate to customize your program. Teams will find that trust strengthens as they learn to appreciate the power of vulnerability. The process will impact creativity, innovation and productivity.   ABOUT THE DARING WAY™ The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was designed for work with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders. It can be facilitated in clinical, educational, and professional settings. During the process we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead. ABOUT BRENÉ BROWN The Daring Way™ method is based on the research of Brené Brown, Ph.D. LMSW. Dr. Brené Brown is a research professor at the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work. She has spent the past twelve years studying vulnerability, courage, worthiness, and shame. Her groundbreaking research has been featured on PBS, NPR, CNN, and Oprah Winfrey’s Super Soul Sunday. Brené is the author of two #1 New York Times bestsellers; Daring Greatly: How the Courage to Be Vulnerable Transforms the Way We Live, Love, Parent, and Lead (2012), and The Gifts of Imperfection (2010).
